the smuggler’s bible

Ignacio

Ignacio pokes around through his old beakers and things until he finds one with a sticker on the side that reads “EXPERIMENT 33: DOUBLE FAILURE (THIS ONE SUCKED).”

“There it is,” he says, peeling off the label. “About time we gave you another shot.”

He adds a drop of distilled water and swirls it around in the pinkish residue in the flask until the mixture thickens, then flips the whole thing upside down over the rat corpse on his desk and gives it a few shakes.

“Oh shit my goggles,” he thinks, just in time for the rat to explode.
